Network Launched in Jan 06 - 07-01-2006
The Sevenoaks Network launched on Saturday 7th January. We met at Seal HQ for some games and a chat about the Network and then moved onto the Tandoori Nights in Seal High Street. We had 14 people at the meal which was a great start to the new section. Some people were leader in other sections, some had been Explorers or Ventures and had moved on but want to carry on taking part in Scouting & adventurous activities.
If you are aged between 18 and 25 and are already involved in Scouting in Sevenoaks then you are automatically a part of the unit. It's just up to you if you want to join us at any time!
The next meeting is scheduled for 18th February and we'll be going bowling. Other activities that are open to us over the next few months include a Monopoly Run competition, a darts match challenge from Maidstone Apollo Network and several National & County activity camps.
